The Office of Professional & Career Development (OPCD) is dedicated to providing services to employers seeking law student clerks, licensed interns, recent law school graduates, and experienced attorneys. Please click the link that best serves your needs. By utilizing the OPCD services, employers are implicitly assenting to the OU college of Law Non-discrimination Policy (link).

  1. On-Campus Recruiting
    • Symplicity
      • Employers are able to participate in our On-Campus interview (OCI) program, by accessing Symplicity, our on-line career management software. Students upload resumes, apply to, and accept interviews through the Symplicity System.

  2. Off-Campus Recruiting
    • Employers can take advantage of several services without being physically on campus
      • Employer Resume Collect-Employers my a request resume be sent directly to them via the Symplicity system.

    • Video Conference Interviewing- in order to avoid to the travel expense for students and recruiting law firms, OPCD is equipped to set up video conferencing to conduct "off-campus" interviewing
  3. Job Postings
    • The OPCD currently posts and maintains job listings on its website for law students and attorneys to search. Any employer wishing to post a position on Symplicity can submit the listing for posting either of two ways:
      • The first option is to print the Job Listing Form (printable version) provided below, complete it and fax it to the Office for posting.

  4. Visiting OPCD
    • If you are planning to make a visit to OU College of Law OPCD office, please find maps and our contact information links below. The OPCD office is located on the main (ground) floor in Room 2000?

      • Visitor parking at the College of Law is free. The designated visitor parking is located on the south side of the law school located between the marked handicapped spaces.
