Katie Griffin currently serves as the Director of the Office of Professional & Career Development for the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Ms. Griffin manages the daily operations of the office -- conducting employer outreach, implementing new programs on career and professional development for students, as well as counseling students and alumni.
Prior to joining the University of Oklahoma College of Law in Fall 2007, Ms. Griffin began her legal career as a litigation associate at the law firm of Geary, Porter & Donovan in Dallas, Texas.
Ms. Griffin currently serves as Co-Chair for the YWCA Purple Sash Gala and serves on the Executive Board for the JCPenney Leadership Center at the Michael F. Price College of Business and the Executive Board for Norman NEXT. She is a member of the Lyric Understudies and serves as a liaison for the Oklahoma Bar Association Professionalism Committee.
Ms. Griffin was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2006 and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Order of Barristers.
