Conference FAQs

Am I required to sign-in twice to receive credit for all day attendance?

Only Oklahoma Bar members are required to sign-in twice: once before the morning sessions, and once before the afternoon sessions, in order to receive credit for all day attendance. AAPL members, and bar members of all other states, including Texas, only require attendees to sign-in once before the sessions.

If I am a member of multiple state bars, do I need to sign-in more than once?

Yes, you must sign-in for each state you wish to receive CLE credit. AAPL requires a separate sign-in as well. Sign-in tables will be available for Oklahoma, Texas, all other Out-of-State Bar members, and AAPL.

Where can I find resource materials for the conference?

Digital resource materials will be emailed out to all registrants within a week prior to the conference. Notebooks and printed materials will not be provided.

Will WiFi access be provided to conference attendees?

Yes, WiFi will be available to conference attendees. The WiFi login information will be provided to attendees at the conference.

Post-Conference FAQs

Will my CLE or AAPL credits be reported on my behalf?

CLE credits for Oklahoma and Texas Bar members will be reported on behalf of registrants who attended the conference and signed-in to receive credit. Members of all other state bars or AAPL are responsible for reporting their own attendance. Affidavits of attendance will be emailed to all registrants who attended and signed-in to receive credit.

Where can I find the affidavits of attendance?

Affidavits of attendance will be emailed out shortly after the conference to those who attended and signed-in. Attendees usually receive the affidavits within 2-3 weeks following the conclusion of the conference. Affidavits do not need to be returned to the OU College of Law.

When will my Oklahoma or Texas CLE Credits be reported?

Please allow 2-3 weeks following the conclusion of the conference for your CLE credits to be reported to Oklahoma and Texas.
