MULTISTATE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY EXAM

The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is a 60-question, two-hour-and-five-minute, multiple-choice examination administered three times each year. The Legal Intern Examination and MPRE are not interchangeable. However, a student is eligible to take the Section A Legal Intern Examination if he or she has proof of passing the MPRE. A student must attach a copy of his or her MPRE score to the Legal Intern Application (Form No. 1) copy given to Lori Ketner, Room 2020. If a student does not have proof of having passed the MPRE, he or she must also take the Section B of the Legal Intern Examination.
