Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Law

OU Law is a national and international leader in oil and gas, natural resources, and energy law – what we call ONE.

The Juris Doctor Program

OU Law’s expansive offerings are synthesized within our Oil & Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Center (ONE C), covering our academic degrees and certificates – Juris Doctor (J.D.) certificate in Energy and Natural Resources, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Energy and Natural Resources Law, and a low-residency Master of Legal Studies (M.L.S.) in Energy and Natural Resources Law – and programming. OU Law hosts the annual Eugene Kuntz Conference on Natural Resources Law and Policy, the largest conference of its kind in the country, and is home to the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal (ONE J), an academic journal dedicated to scholarship in the ONE areas. Students can also participate in the student association, ONE S—the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Society.
