The Oklahoma Law Review's Winter 2013 issue (vol. 65, no. 2) has been completed and will be published in April.

The McAfee & Taft Oklahoma Law Review Symposium was held February 15 in the Dick Bell Courtroom at the College of Law.  The topic for this year’s symposium was “Legislative Issues in Election Law,” featuring experts from around the country. Edward Foley, Professor of Law at Ohio State University and longtime leading figure in election law, gave a presentation titled, “The Possibility of a Fair System of Election Laws.”   Other speakers included Nicholas Stephanopoulos, Assistant Professor of Law, University of Chicago; Charles Stewart III, Kenan Sahin Distinguished Professor of Political Science, Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Joshua Douglas, Assistant Professor of Law, University of Kentucky; and Michael Pitts, Professor of Law & Dean’s Fellow, Indiana University.  The Oklahoma Law Review thanks McAfee & Taft, one of Oklahoma’s premier law firms, for generously sponsoring this year’s event.
