About
Alicia Currin-Moore is the Director of the Office of Career Development at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She was a public-school teacher for 10 years teaching kindergarten and first grade. She began her legal career with the Underwood Law Firm in Texas, where her focus was public and higher education law, specifically, employment issues, student discipline, FCC filings, and Special Education compliance. Ms. Currin-Moore was the Executive Director at the Oklahoma State Department of Education where she spearheaded the Teacher and Leader Evaluation Program. As a Legal Analyst for Oklahoma City Public Schools, Ms. Currin-Moore completed Title IV and Office of Civil Rights investigations, policy revisions, and contract negotiations. In her current role as Director of Career Development, her focus is on employer engagement, student professional development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.
