About
Lisa Millington is the executive director of the M.L.S. and LL.M. programs for the OU College of Law. Prior to this role, Lisa has served in operational and administrative roles at the University of Oklahoma, most recently as Chief Wellness Officer and special assistant to the Vice President of Administration and Finance. In this capacity, she increased organizational efficiencies through innovative wellness programs, both live and online.
For many years, Lisa worked for the university's Office of Legal Counsel, specializing in human relations matters, particularly sexual harassment and discrimination issues that led to her appointment as the Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Officer for the university.
Throughout her career at the university, Lisa also acted as a municipal judge for the City of Norman and taught OU freshman seminar classes "Gateway to College Learning" and "Law and Literature."
In addition to her work, Lisa serves on the university’s Staff Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, the Goddard Health Center Advisory Board and the United Way of Norman Health Council. She mentors independent high school students for the Norman Community’s Bridges non-profit.
