About

Professor Peter Krug joined the OU law faculty in 1991 after serving for six years as an associate with the Madison, Wisconsin, firm of Foley, and Lardner. Krug teaches courses in Comparative Law, European Union Law, Human Rights Law, International Business Transactions, International Criminal Law, International Trade Regulation, News Media Law, and Public International Law.

Krug is a member of the Order of the Coif, the American Bar Association, and the International Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is the author of a number of publications on the topics of comparative mass media law, particularly in the former Soviet Union, and the Russian legal system. Professor Krug retired from active teaching in May 2011.
