Mandatory LRW Bell Sessions

February 11, 2019 | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Bell Courtroom

LRW students are required to attend one of these two sessions but may attend both.
Professor Smothermon will provide an overview of the spring appellate brief issues.
The noon session will address the Second Amendment concealed-carry permit issue and the 4 p.m. session will address the data-breach issue.
After attending the Monday Bell sessions, you and your 1L moot-court partner must decide, before the second LRW class of the week, which appellate brief issue each of you plan to write and argue.
You will then attend the LRW class focusing on the issue you have selected to write on.
Please contact your LRW research professor if you have questions about which class to attend.
Lunch will be provided at the noon session.
