Submissions

The American Indian Law Review welcomes submissions of articles by legal scholars and practitioners in the areas of law relating to Native Americans and indigenous peoples. Articles submitted to AILR will be subject to an independent, double-blind peer-review process. 

Submission Procedure

Electronic submissions may be sent in one of two ways: (1) via ExpressO, an electronic submission service operated by the Berkeley Electronic Press, or (2) directly to the Review via mwaters@ou.edu. All versions of Microsoft Word, WordPerfect or PDF formats are welcome. Because submissions for other OU Law journals are sent to this email address, please indicate specifically that you are submitting your work to the American Indian Law Review.
