Meet the Class of 2015

1. Where did you grow up?

I was born in Minneapolis but have spent most of my life in Dallas, Texas. 

2. Where did you attend undergrad?

The University of Kansas

3. What degree(s) have you earned?

I had a double major in Italian and Psychology and a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies.

4. Why did you choose to attend OU Law?

I chose to attend OU law because it has a well-respected, balanced program and a comfortable and welcoming campus in proximity to where I would like to practice after school (Texas or Oklahoma). 

5. What is your favorite thing about OU?

There are a lot of comfy couches on campus. I have already picked mine out in law building.  

6. What (or who) inspired you to pursue a legal education?

I don’t really remember what or who started it. All I know is that around third grade or so I decided I wanted to be a lawyer. I have considered other careers since then but I always seem to come back to law.

7. What is an interesting fact about you?

I have a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. My father suggested it because he wanted to take karate as a kid and his parents wouldn’t allow it. I started when I was 11 years old, and I have never looked back since.
