Can I receive a Virtual Alumni Celebration Day box if I register after Sept. 17?

We cannot guarantee that your celebration box will arrive before the Sept. 24 event date if you register after Sept. 17. We have a limited supply, so be sure and register today!

Where do I go to access the event?

Once you register for the event (registration portal is at the top of this webpage) you can access the event in one of two ways:

Through the Event Webpage here: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/virtu19_202009/.
- Click “Sign up here” if you don’t have an account yet, and fill in your email and password.
- Please make sure to use the email you used when registering for the event. Otherwise it won’t allow you to join the event.
Through the Mobile App: Download "Whova - Event & Conference App" from your smartphone store.
- Enter the email address you used for event registration or use your social media account.
- To automatically log in to your event, please make sure to use the email you used when registering for the event.
- Create a password and type in your name.

Where do I go if I have additional questions about using Whova?

Will all the sessions be live?

Some sessions will be live and some will be recorded. The agenda on the Whova webpage/app will indicate when sessions are available and what format they will be in.

Do I have to use both the web platform and the mobile app?

You can use either format to watch the recorded and live event sessions. However, if you want to network and interact with other alumni, the mobile app is the preferred format.

I just want to view the sessions. What is the easiest way to do so?
Follow the instructions above for logging in to the web platform.
Click "Agenda" on the Main Navigation left column.
Click the title of the session you wish to view.
- Each session will be avilable at the time set in the agenda.
You will be able to view the live or recorded sessions.
