Professor Steven Gensler was elected by the board of the American Bar Foundation to membership in The Fellows, an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars. The group supports the research of the American Bar Foundation and sponsors seminars and events relevant to the legal profession. Membership is limited to 1 percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.
